Activity Booking Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
An activity session is only confirmed on receipt of confirmation email, which you will receive from Hadleigh Park.
Payment should be received in full prior to the start of the activity. If you have any queries regarding payment, please get in contact with the Hadleigh Park Office.
It is essential that we have an emergency contact number that will be answered. Please also ensure that any medical conditions are clearly stated, along with any medication that may be required in an emergency.
Bookings cancelled more than 7 days before the start of the booking will incur a cost of 20% of total cancellation as an administration fee only. Bookings cancelled within 7 days or less before the start date are not entitled to a refund. If Hadleigh Park has to cancel a session for whatever reason, Participants booked on that course will be entitled to a full refund where an alternative session cannot be arranged. Cancellation charges also apply to significant changes in numbers of participants per booking.
For the safety of all participants on an activity, participants are expected to be well behaved and follow instructions given. Failure to do so may result in immediate exclusion from the activity and in such cases, no refund will be due.
Session participants or their parent/guardian should declare to Hadleigh Park any medical conditions that might be considered relevant, prior to commencement of the course. If a participant brings any medication for existing medical conditions they must inform the instructor. In the case of minors, medication should be handed to staff or parent/ guardian remain at activity area throughout the session.
The information which you have given will be used and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
STATEMENT OF RISK
I acknowledge activities at Hadleigh Park, Sailing, Archery, Parkour, Mountain biking/cycling, Kayaking Paddleboarding and Open Water Swimming are physical activities and by their nature involve risks of cold, exposure to water, injury or death.
