I am fully qualified and accredited by British Cycling and hold a Level 2 certificate in Cycle Coaching and discipline specific Level 2 Certificates in MTB, BMX and Track. Primarily, I specialise in MTB and BMX skills sessions but have many years’ experience in running basic cycle skills sessions to a wide range of groups.
Some of the venues I have worked at include Lee Valley Velopark, Chicksands Bikepark and Gravesend Cyclopark with groups as diverse as councils, schools, NACRO, excluded children, disability groups, CTC as well as an extensive list of BMX clubs and MTB riders. I am able to offer a varied list of session plans from 1-2-1 coaching through to led rides and club groups and have a depth of experience in delivering corporate days, birthday parties and public events.
My riding experience is broad and varied, ranging from local races up to National, European and World Championships across Trials, Road, Duathlon, BMX and MTB disciplines.
Hadleigh Park is a great venue for riders looking for a new experience or wanting to push their limits and improve their laps times.
Whatever your ability, from your first pedals to the podium, were here to help.
