Sunday Paddleboard Session

Paddleboarding is a low impact sport great for developing core strength balance and co-ordination and suitable for all levels of fitness and agility.


This 3 hour course encompassess all the skills you will learn in the above 3 week sessions, but squeezed into a 3 hour Sunday morning session.


Participants must be over 18 and able to swim 25m fully clothed, all equipment is supplied.
