 Hadleigh Park is offering exclusive adults only stand up paddleboarding (SUP) sessions weekly throughout the summer. SUP is one of the UK’s fast growing water sports and with most participants able to pick up the basic moves in just a few sessions!

SUP Sessions

SUP sessions are designed for complete beginners. During the sessions our qualified BSUPA instructor Anni will guide you through the basic skills in a fun social environment! Paddleboarding is a low impact sport great for developing core strength balance and co-ordination and suitable for all levels of fitness and agility.

SUNDAY SESSIONS

09.30am-12.30pm – 20th August // 15th October

This 3 hour course encompassess all the skills you will learn in the above 3 week sessions, but squeezed into a 3 hour Sunday morning session.

£50 for 3 hours tuition and all equipment

*Participants must be over 18 and able to swim 25m fully clothed

SUP Fit – Paddle Stretch and Tone 

Combining elements of SUP, fitness and yoga, SUPfit introduces you to working out on water, surrounded by nature, with the elements to challenge you, making each workout interesting and never the same. Reaping huge benefits to both mind and body and enjoying the lifestyle that Stand Up Paddle boarding brings. No experience necessary. 

These sessions are fun and social so bring your friends!

Paddle Practice 

For those who have already completed their Ready to Ride at Hadleigh Park comes a opportunity to practice the skills they have learnt in a fun social environment with supervision.
