Come and Try Paddleboard fitness
This is a great opportunity to try a new type of outdoor exercise! Lots of fun, suitable for all levels of agility and fitness, SUP fit combines Stand Up paddleboarding with a total body workout! Out on the water you will be taken through some basic exercises! SUP fit is taking the country by storm and there is no better time to try it than a warm summer evening and no better place than a quiet, calm reservoir with exquisite views of the Thames Estuary and Kent!
No paddle experience required (although it could be beneficial)
6.15pm for 1.5 hours
