Beginners Paddleboarding at Hadleigh Park

 Hadleigh Park is offering exclusive adults only stand up paddleboarding (SUP).

SUP is one of the UK’s fast growing water sports. Most participants able to pick up the basic moves in just a few sessions!

SUP Sessions

Stand Up Paddleboarding activities are designed for complete beginners. During the sessions our qualified BSUPA instructor Anni will guide you through the basic skills required.  Learn in a fun and social environment! Paddleboarding is a low impact sport great for developing core strength balance and coordination and suitable for all levels of fitness and agility.

Here at Hadleigh Park there are a range of session types available.

Beginners will be taken through the basics with a 3 hour Ready to Ride course!

For complete Beginners – a 3 hour beginner course with our experienced qualified instructors taking you through the basics of Paddleboarding including safety information, skills and techniques to complete a Ready to Ride Certificate!

Participants must also be able to swim 25m fully clothed. All equipment and buoyancy aids are supplied.

Wind SUP – Saturday 13th October 

This is a new and exciting offering at Hadleigh Park for 2018 combining the two sports of Stand Up Paddling (SUP) and windsurfing. The session will divide into a session on SUP, followed by an introduction to windsurfing… Let’s Go…!

This is a new and exciting offering at Hadleigh Park for 2018 where a specialist Frangipani SUP Instructor will introduce you to WindSUP, which combines the two sports of Stand Up Paddling (SUP) and windsurfing. The session will divide into a session on SUP, followed by an introduction to windsurfing, where we will add a sailing rig to the SUP board. Let’s go…!
Everyone must be able to swim 25m clothed.
